I am starting my second year as a Diagnostician for the EWCC. This year I will be working in our outer districts, Thrall, Granger, and Coupland. Before I became a Diagnostician, I taught 2nd grade at Pasemann Elementary from 2004-2012. In 2012, I earned my Special Education certification and began teaching 1st-3rd grade Resource at Pasemann Elementary.
I am a proud graduate of Taylor High School, class of 1999. After high school, I attended Blinn in Bryan and Sam Houston State University. I graduated from SHSU in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Academic Studies and a teaching certificate (generalist EC-4). In 2019, I earned my Master’s Degree from The University of Texas at Tyler in Special Education with a Diagnostician certification.
I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. We spend most of our time outdoors, participating in competition BBQ cook-offs, and working in the yard.
I am looking forward to another great year working with so many wonderful people and students!
