The Mallard Coffee Company is OPEN!

The cafe launch featured complimentary treats delivered to teacher’s classroom doors. The new cafe is a student-led business venture in which learners will be applying business and communication skills. Sales proceeds will benefit student life skill programs, which focus on providing opportunities for students to further develop functional academic, independent living, and vocational skills. Students running the cafe include Bishop Green, Taylor Marx, and Justice Killough. Students are guided by staff members Sherri Cook, Connie Gautreaux and Chris Deforest. Josh Ruse, Vocational Coordinator of the 18+ Program spearheaded the venture.
